Are you looking for East European Personnel?
Through our contacts across Europe and UK we are able to identify, reference and recruit skilled and semi-skilled workers where clients are unable to fulfil their staffing requirements from within the British labour market. We will ensure all legalities are observed, arrange full re-location to the North East and assist with induction training. Workers are provided on either permanent or short-term contract basis and are recruited largely from EU accession states, most notably Poland. To date the most frequently sought workers have been CNC machinists, welders, fabricators, fitters, mechanics, assembly and production workers.
We have already demonstrated in practice that Polish employees sourced by us are of good quality, well motivated and reliable. They have proven their high skills and established a reputation in the UK for their strong ethic, technical abilities and great effectiveness.
